You will receive an email 7 days before your arrival with all the necessary instructions: the full address, exact location and detailed information on how to access the property smoothly and without any complications.
Security Deposit
It is not our intention to apply any additional charges. For this reason, we kindly ask you to respect the property rules so that we can proceed with the full refund of your deposit without any issues.
Community Rules
There are community and property rules that must be respected during your stay. We kindly ask you to follow all guidelines to ensure harmonious coexistence and to maintain the property in excellent condition.
We kindly ask that you leave the property in a condition similar to how you found it and dispose of the rubbish before your departure.
Our goal is not to apply any additional charges. By complying with these rules, we will be able to proceed with the full refund of the deposit without any issues.

Parties and/or Events
Parties and events are not allowed without prior authorization.
If you are planning any celebration or special gathering, please inform us in advance so we can request the corresponding permissions from the community. If authorized, certain conditions must be met, such as keeping the music at a moderate volume that does not disturb the neighbors.
From 10:00 PM onwards, quiet hours must be respected. The urbanization is particularly peaceful, as many residents live in Estepona year-round and work in the mornings.
Air Conditioning / Heating
Please switch off the air conditioning or heating when you are not in the property.
Please keep all windows closed while the cooling or heating system is operating to ensure proper performance and efficiency.
